Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City Vacancy for CHO, Community Nurse and School Nurse

The Office of the Municipal Executive, Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City, Sunsari, Koshi Province, Nepal, is announcing vacancies for various positions to support the "Community Health and Nursing Service Door-to-Door Program" and the "School Health and Nursing Service Program," which are jointly funded by the Department of Health Services, Nursing and Social Security Division, Government of Nepal, and Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City.

Vacancy Details:

1. Position: Community Health Officer

   • Number of Positions: 1
   • Program: Community Health and Nursing Service Door-to-Door Program
   • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BN, BNS, BSc Nursing) recognized by the Government of Nepal
   • Application Fee: NPR 1000

2. Position: Community Nurse

   • Number of Positions: 20
   • Program: Community Health and Nursing Service Door-to-Door Program
   • Minimum Qualification: Proficiency Certificate in Nursing recognized by the Government of Nepal
   • Application Fee: NPR 300

3. Position: School Nurse

   • Number of Positions: 16
   • Program: School Health and Nursing Service Program
   • Minimum Qualification: Proficiency Certificate in Nursing recognized by the Government of Nepal
   • Application Fee: NPR 300

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through a written exam and interview.

• Place: Health Division, Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City
• Deadline: Applications must be submitted from 2081/04/30 to 2081/05/12 during office hours. If the last day falls on a public holiday, the next business day will be accepted.

Required Documents:

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
• Copy of relevant and equivalent certificates.
• Copy of minimum educational qualification certificate.
• Copy of character certificate.
• Copy of registration certificate from the concerned council.
• Certified copy of work experience.
• Proof of residence in the local area (e.g., marriage registration, migration certificate).

Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 45 years of age.

Contract Period: The contract will be valid until the end of Asar 2082.
